How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order in your personal account on the website, in the delivery service app, or by contacting our manager.

Can I exchange or return an item?

You may return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the return is permitted under current Ukrainian legislation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

A return is only possible if the item has not been used, its original appearance is preserved, all manufacturing tags are intact, and the purchase receipt is available.

Return processing takes up to 5 business days from the moment the parcel is received. After that, the funds will be returned to the card used for payment within 7 business days.

The online store reserves the right to refuse a return if storage conditions or the item's original appearance have been compromised.

To process a return, please fill in the return form available for download here. Send the item together with the form using the "Easy Return" service via the Nova Poshta mobile app or online account.

To use "Easy Return":

  • 1Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
  • 2Open "My Shipments" and select the parcel you wish to return.
  • 3In the "Manage Parcel" section, select "Easy Return".
  • 4Indicate the reason for the return from the provided list.
  • 5Create a new electronic waybill and send the item to a parcel locker, branch or address.

Returns of orders sent via Ukrposhta are paid by the customer. Please contact the manager for the return address. All exchange and return costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order item is a product that is temporarily out of stock but can be ordered in advance. Once a pre-order is placed, we reserve the item for you and ship it as soon as it arrives at the warehouse.

Please note that the exact delivery time may vary depending on supply. If you order a pre-order item together with other products, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Parcel on Credit from Nova Poshta

Found something you love but short on funds? Buy on credit — no credit card or income certificate required!

Order cash-on-delivery to a Nova Poshta branch and apply for credit right there. Take your order straight away and pay over the course of a year!

You can apply for a parcel on credit via the NovaPay app or at Nova Poshta branches that offer financial services. For terms and conditions, contact Nova Poshta managers or call the hotline: 0 800 500 609.

How to apply:

  • 1Find out your personal credit limit in the NovaPay or Nova Poshta app, or at a Nova Poshta branch.
  • 2Select the item and order cash-on-delivery to a Nova Poshta branch.
  • 3In the NovaPay app, select the parcel, sign the agreement and tap "Apply".
  • 4Visit the Nova Poshta branch and collect your parcel.

Alternatively, visit a branch with your passport, tax ID and the phone number used for the order. Tell the cashier you wish to collect your parcel on credit, provide the documents, sign the agreement and take your order.

To use the service you must:

  • be a Ukrainian citizen aged 18 to 69;
  • have used Nova Poshta services within the last 6 months;
  • have a positive credit history.

Credit is provided by NovaPay Credit, part of the NovaPay financial group and the NOVA family. Details: novapay.ua/credit.

How do I use an Ecomama gift certificate?

You can purchase a gift certificate online or at our physical store. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used both online and in-store.

  • The certificate entitles the holder to a one-time exchange for Ecomama products of equivalent value.
  • If the item costs less than the certificate value — the difference is not refunded and cannot be carried over to future purchases.
  • If the certificate does not cover the full cost of the item — the remaining amount must be paid. Multiple certificates can be used simultaneously.
  • If the barcode is damaged, the certificate is invalid. In case of loss, the certificate cannot be restored.
  • Validity period — 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • The certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • The certificate is dispatched only after full payment.
